To configure Outlook Express to Stop Disconnecting From the Internet After Sending And Receiving Email:

Open Outlook Express, click on Tools and then choose Options. The following box will appear:

Click on the Connection tab and then Uncheck Hang up after Sending and Receiving click on Apply.Then click OK Then Close Outlook Express.
